A budget form is only required when a club states they are a fundraising club. The purpose of the budget form is to demonstrate the clubs possible fundraiser ideas and funds the club either already has or will have. Budget forms are created to signify that the club will be spending funds and for a club to have a viewpoint of what these spending's and fundraisers are going to accomplish for the club.
