ACTIVITY REQUESTS
HERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REQUEST A ACTIVITY FORM AND SUBMIT ANY ACTIVITY REQUESTS THAT REQUIRE ADMINISTRATION AND USB APPROVAL!
DISCLOSURE: ANY ACTIVITY REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO THE ACTUAL EVENT THAT IS REQUESTED.
If your club would like an activity request, please email unitedstudentbody20@gmail.com and we will get it to you as as possible.
First, you must get approval by adminstration by clicking on the button and requesting approval for your event. You must then email us for it to get approved during our USB approvals meeting.
